We take. (Full price rate only. No promos or discounts available when using 3rd party gift cards. )
Memberships – If you cancel before your 6 or 12 month period is up, you will be charged for the remaining months or a cancellation fee. NOT SHAREABLE. Only packages are shareable for 1 year. If you have a declined monthly payment for your membership your account will be put on freeze, until your account is fully paid and in good standings.
Age Restrictions are as follows. 1 to13 years of age, can do 30 min. session with parent in the room, 14 – 17 years of age, can do 60 min. or 90 min. session with parent in the building. Must fill out Minor Consent Form as well in our office.
Packages – Are good for 1 year and are shareable with others. No call, no show clients will be charged one of the sessions as our therapists are all independent workers.
All Sales are Final. We accept credit cards; apple pay and goggle pay as a courtesy to our customers. We do not allow chargebacks and all credit card fees, and any other fees will be customers responsibility.
